Carbon fiber
Carbon fiber moulding press is a process that begins with the cutting and layering of the prepreg carbon fiber. The carbon fiber is laminated inside the mold where the curing process is also performed. At the end of the process, the material will be light, resistant, and durable, perfect for high-end precision components.
We offer the possibility of using different types of carbon and customization, such as: different paints, icons, and number drawings, or whatever the customer requires. Our team of experts can meet the most exigent demands on the market and ensure swift and effective results.
Carbon fiber bonding is at the heart of our production, a technique that is carried out with competence and precision. We carefully prepare the surfaces and meticulously combine carbon fiber with our products.
Carbon sanding is a manual sanding process aimed at removing surface layers of carbon fiber to obtain a smooth and uniform surface, thus preparing it for subsequent painting.
Carbon fiber painting is an essential finishing process to improve the aesthetic look and protect the surface of carbon fiber components. The process involves several steps, including: shielding of unaffected parts, surface preparation, paint application, and the drying process. We use epoxy or polyurethane resin-based paints for our steering wheels; they both offer good adhesion to carbon fiber and a durable finish. After the manual application, the painted product goes through a controlled drying process.
