Style remains a core trait during the development of working prototypes and the designing of components, all the way to complete industrialization.
Our technical department performs FEA simulation studies using advanced software such as CATIA V5 and UG. We design Multifunctional Steering Wheels, car interiors, and electronic/mechatronic components in CODESIGN or as BUILT to PRINT with the main automotive industries.
Laboratory Test
In our Test Laboratory, we perform most of the component validation tests that are required by the specifications of the main car manufacturers.
The main equipment used are ECE impact test slide, thermo-climatic chambers, corrosion chambers, static tensile/compression test bench, dynamic fatigue test bench, vibration test bench, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and flammability test chamber.
There is also customized equipment based on the specific specifications of the Customers.
